A Note From Me Before You Submit
The recent storm created unexpected challenges for many of us, and I know how frustrating and stressful changes like this can be. This page was created to provide one clear, organized place to request either a refund or a ticket transfer, so nothing gets missed and every request can be handled fairly and efficiently.
All submissions on this page are being reviewed personally by me, Summer Riley, while I also coordinate travel, safety, and care for the entire Micro Maidens team during this time. I am working through each request as quickly and thoughtfully as possible.
Once your form has been submitted, it has been received and is in the queue for review. Sending additional emails or duplicate submissions isn’t necessary and can slow things down for everyone.

If you’re unable to attend due to the current weather conditions, you may request a refund using the form below. All refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 7 to 10 business days, allowing us to first confirm show status and venue operations. We appreciate your patience and will handle each request carefully and fairly.
